Our Products are mainly delivered digitally. After your purchase has been approved we will instantly process your order. Orders are typically processed immediately but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our digital product.
LOGIN ABUSE
Digital products from our servers are closely monitored by our team to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of logins we will NOT tolerate login abuse as this brings up red flags that information is being shared and will result into legal action and/or termination of your account. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our digital servers.
REFUND POLICY
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not had access to our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have access and showed activity on our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within five (5) days of your original purchase.
IF ANY of our course materials, or communities are or have been accessed, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund.

One-time payments are non-refundable. If you decide you want a refund you WILL BE CHARGED a $100 FEE for gaining access to our platform. The (5) days, Money Back Guarantee, starts from the date of purchase, includes weekends, and only applies to the FIRST MONTHS purchase of any of our Subscription based offers Excluding the intro course which is a one time payment. If a subscriber is dissatisfied with the service for any reason, the subscriber may receive a refund within (5) days of the subscriber's initial purchase, for a full refund of the purchased price EXCLUDING THE $100 NON-REFUNDABLE CHARTER FEE for gaining access to our platform. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You are free to cancel your upcoming subscription at any time. To cancel your upcoming subscription you must log in to www.limitlesstradeacademy.com, click your name top right to reach your profile, then select settings and click “Cancel Subscription” button. You will remain active for the rest of your paid membership. Please note, clicking the Cancel Subscription button is the only way to cancel your upcoming subscription. WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated herein, Company makes no warranty or representation as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship or any other warranty concerning any product or service purchased from or through Company.
BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
Federal law grants a buyer the right to cancel certain sales without penalty prior to midnight of the third business day after the transaction. This rule covers retail consumer sales of $...00 or more that occur away from the seller's main office. Independent Affiliates must orally inform the buyer of the three-day right to cancel at the time the buyer purchases the goods and deliver 2 two-day cancellation notices to every customer.
